Please read the following terms carefully before confirming a booking with DJ Naz. By proceeding with a booking you agree to the following conditions.

A booking is only confirmed upon receipt of a completed booking form and any agreed deposit payment where applicable. Verbal agreements and enquiries do not constitute a confirmed booking. DJ Naz reserves the right to accept or decline any booking at his discretion.

If you need to cancel a confirmed booking, please notify DJ Naz in writing as soon as possible. Cancellations made with less than 30 days notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Deposits paid at the time of booking are non refundable in the event of client cancellation. DJ Naz will make every reasonable effort to fill the date and minimise any charge.

DJ Naz will arrive at the agreed venue in sufficient time to set up before the event begins. He provides all necessary audio and lighting equipment as a self contained DJ service. In the event of equipment failure, reasonable alternative arrangements will be made. DJ Naz cannot be held responsible for failure of venue-supplied power or infrastructure.

DJ Naz will make every reasonable effort to fulfil requested music. However, final song selection at any event is at the discretion of DJ Naz to ensure the best possible atmosphere and dancefloor experience for guests. Requests will be accommodated wherever appropriate and safe to do so.

Custom songs created by DJ Naz are produced for the personal use of the commissioning client. Rights to commercial distribution or publication of original songs are not included unless agreed in writing. All songs are created in good faith based on the brief provided. DJ Naz retains the right to use original works as examples or portfolio pieces unless otherwise agreed.

DJ Naz’s liability in connection with any booking is limited to the total fee paid for that booking. He cannot be held liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the performance of DJ or music creation services.
